Tracy Gillard lives in Metford and has been an employee of the practice since its inception in 1978. Tracy feels deeply committed to her role as the Financial Manager at Hunter Valley Orthodontics and as part of her commitment, she has advanced her skills and qualifications by attending regular educational seminars/conferences as well as successfully completing a Diploma in Practice Management, Cert IV in Business Frontline Management, partially completing Cert IV in Accounting, training in OH&S Consultation and Senior First Aid Certificate and is a Justice of the Peace. Tracy has been an active member of the Australian Association of Practice Managers, Inc (AAPM) since 1991 and in 2001, became a Fellow of the Association. She has been a committee member of AAPM NSW for 2 years, a committee member of the AAPM Hunter Group for 5 years and in 2003, accepted nomination as the Hunter Group President. Tracy’s husband, Geoff is a motor mechanic and they have a daughter attending high school. Tracy is also actively involved in the Guides Australia movement with her daughter and is currently the District Leader for East Maitland Guides.
